How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
To help you decide if I am the right fit, I offer a no-obligation meeting online, which lasts around 15 minutes. There is no charge for this. Some people find it helpful to speak to two or three practitioners before deciding who to work with, though this isn’t essential.
If you decide to work with me, our first session will involve going through the working agreement together, exploring a little of your history and beginning to clarify what you would to gain from therapy.
